Custom printed clothing labels on NATURAL COTTON

• Digitally printed cotton clothing labels
• Not recommended for garments that can be ironed or washed over 40 degrees, avoid ironing labels during garment manufacture
• 100% pure unbleached cotton fabric labels
• Label tape widths available: 15, 31 or 42mm wide

The 31mm wide tape is ORGANIC cotton tape. 15mm & 42mm tape widths are standard cotton.

• Full colour printing including white is available.
• Labels supplied in strips approximately 30cm long, rolled into a bundle
• Cutting and folding service add-ons available (indivially cut labels will be cut only/not sealed as cotton does not melt to seal the cut edge. There is a small line of cotton coloured ink printed at the cutline to help stop the labels fraying.

The length per label is the entire unfolded length of tape used per label including all turnback/seam allowances. The increments are for pricing purposes, please choose the appropriate length bracket.

FILE FORMAT:

• A vector .pdf or .ai file is preferred. Please ensure text is converted to paths
• The label/logo must have a transparent background. White ink will be printed where the artwork shows a white background.
• Alternatively .jpeg/.jpg or .png files are also accepted
• Make your PDF or .ai artboard the size of the label
• Leave a 1.5mm margin to the edge of the artboard/label down the sides of the tape.
